Supply and demand came together quickly on this project when TriStar acquired approximately 47 acres of land in a budding industrial area of St. Louis County. Permits and approvals were obtained in short order. Upon closing, a TriStar affiliate then resold the property to a commercial user who had been identified as urgently needing additional acreage for expanded parking near their existing operation.

By knowing the market and acting swiftly, TriStar was able to satisfy a client’s needs in a matter of a few days!
