A TriStar affiliate purchased property from two owners to assemble this 2,800-plus acre project on the I-10 corridor west of Phoenix. TriStar selected these properties because of their interstate access, abundant water and attractive selling prices.

The property was laid out as a master planned community with residential, commercial, recreational and institutional uses. After successfully initiating entitlements, including a major water study, the TriStar-affiliated partnership sold the property, with significantly increased value, to another developer.
